The kids counted the seeds in groups of ten. There were a total of 681 seeds!

Class Pumpkin for "Pumpkin Day!"

On Thursday, October 25th we will be having a pumpkin day. Our "Pumpkinology" lesson will consist of estimating and measuring this pumpkin. We will measure the circumference, diameter, height, and weight. The students will also estimate and count the number of seeds inside the pumpkin. And best of all, the students will get to eat the pumpkin seeds after we bake them!
